You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through, or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact support@westfoodbrands.net
Please be thorough when filling out your shipping address to avoid any mistakes. For example, always include the unit or apartment # whenever applicable to a specific order.

If you fail to enter your information properly and our system cannot verify the address, your order will be placed on hold. If we do not receive an address confirmation and/or correction from you, your order may be canceled.
For more information on our return/exchange policy please email us at support@westfoodbrands.net. We do offer refunds on food products due to health concerns and laws and guidelines. For clothing, you can return the merchandise depending on the circumstances of the order.
If you just simply do not want the merchandise, we cannot refund you for that reason. The reasoning for the return and refund must be sufficient to give a refund. Please email us before returning any of our products. We usually try to offer our customers a discount code to use to not lose any loyal customers.
Please follow our size charts to order the correct sizes. In addition, for our food products, we do not offer refunds because the food is perishable. Generally, we let customers keep the food products or dispose of them then give them a discount on the next order. We are willing to give you a 30% discount on your next order. With clothing, if the size is not correct you can return it to the address listed on your shipping label.
What you are seeing on your bank account is authorization (a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity). Depending on your bank, pending authorizations on your account will clear within 3 - 7 business days. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Promotional codes do expire; please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.
If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or applied to shipping costs. Unique credit codes do not expire.
All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
Our distribution allows fast fulfillment also high inventory levels. However, there are times when our items are out of stock, and when generally restock within three weeks.
This is a great question most of the products are unisex and made for both genders. Our fleece shorts are made for men. If you have any questions about a product, please send us a message or email.

Cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases once the item has been shipped. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple purchases or purchases accidentally made. We will try on our end to cancel, however, once the item has shipped we cannot cancel the order.
Assuming the desired change is applicable, please contact support@westfoodbrands.net immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order and the item is shipped, after that, we are unable to make any changes.
Please allow 24 - 72 hours from the time your order is placed for processing and verification. We generally try to ship all food orders within 3 business days depending on our volume and staffing at that time. All clothing orders generally arrive within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. We have a fulfillment center in the USA and Europe for our clothing so the shipping times may vary.
