Return Policy

For more information on our return/exchange policy please email us at support@westfoodbrands.net. We do not offer refunds on food products that have been opened due to health laws and guidelines. We can however offer you a 10% discount on a future order. Our team will give you a personal discount code to use if this situation happens. For clothing, you can return the merchandise depending on the circumstances of the order. Please follow our size charts to order the correct sizes. 

If you just simply do not want the merchandise or food product, we cannot refund you for that particular reason. The reasoning for the refund must be sufficient to give a refund. Our clothing is made through our manufacturer on demand to save waste. Due to this reason we cannot just make immediate exchanges. This is how we save the planet through preventing clothing waste throughout the world. 

Please email us before returning any of our products so we can guide you. This is because we also have a fulfillment location in other states for our clothing.
